This news is a couple months old, but that doesn’t make it any less scary. The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement component awarded a $385 million contract to a Halliburton subsidiary to build prison facilities in case of “national emergencies”. This contract is wrong on so many levels it may as well have its own elevator.
